The Frame Connection Kit allows compression straps to be connected directly to the Fortitude Pack Frame instead of the sides of the bag, so that the bag can be separated from the frame and allow you to carry items between the frame and bag simultaneously.
Although not required with our B.A.R. System, this kit provides many modular possibilities and options for carrying awkward loads with your sustainment gear simultaneously if the need arises, such as jerry cans, duffle/dry bags, water containers, rifles, etc. This feature is especially beneficial for special operations equipment or hauling meat back to camp as a hunter.
The Frame Connection Kit can also be utilized for connecting our Universal Beavertail and other load-hauling slings directly to the frame without a bag.
The kit includes the following components:
- Top grab handle with tri-glide connections
- 4 side female side-release buckle connection points for compression straps
- 2 top female and male side-release buckles for load lifters
- 2 ladder locks for alternative load lifter connection method
- 6 webbing/metal loops for easily and quickly connecting hardware to frame
