Refund policy

Products can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of wear or tear and in the original packaging with tags if included. Processing time for refunds is 3 to 5 business days from the time the return is received. Once the return is processed, we will refund the original purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.

If a returned product is found to be used, dirty, stained, missing parts, or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to reject the return and deliver the product back to you without a refund. In most cases, returns are processed and refunds are issued without a problem.

Returns are not available for belts due to custom sizing requirements. Please make sure to choose your correct waist circumference according to the sizing chart prior to ordering.

International orders are not eligible for returns.
