Built to be the most comfortable and durable pack in its class for hauling medium to heavy loads, the Minuteman 35 is a 35L (2200 cu-in) 3-day assault/patrol pack containing a removable internal frame sheet with dual aluminum stays.

The shoulder straps are adjustable for different torso heights and made with the highest quality closed-cell foam padding available in the textiles manufacturing industry, which is similar a dense memory foam. Our dual-density foam hip belt is by far the most comfortable load-bearing system on the market in conjunction with our padded lumbar wrapped in grippy HANK (High Abrasion Neoprene Kevlar® Coated Tactical Nylon) material that keeps the pack firmly in place without sliding down your back.

The main body of the pack is made with the most durable MIL-SPEC materials such as water-repellent 500D/1000D CORDURA® and waterproof YKK AquaGuard® zippers for superior protection from the elements. Reinforced material/stitching at all potential stress points, abrasion-proof 1000D fabric at contact areas such as the bottom and side pockets, and rock-solid meticulous construction make this pack ready for some serious use. We are also using Auto-Lock buckles to prevent the straps from becoming loose under heavy loads.

The admin pocket on the front is deep and spacious enough for securing rain gear, small solar panels, or other equipment that needs to be grabbed quickly for the mission. Laminated laser-cut PALS/MOLLE across the front and sides of the pack provide endless gear hauling options with traditional PALS webbing attachment points for lashing straps on the top and bottom. Vertical daisy chain loops on the front panel allow for weaving shock/bungee cord tie downs or attaching buckles/carabiners for hanging various items.

The sides of the pack are built with a 1000D/500D laminated Squadron material shell covering another layer of 500D CORDURA and side bottle pockets made of 1000D CORDURA. The side pockets are great for securing tripods, rifles, or other long items and contain drain holes underneath. The bottom panel is also constructed of 1000D CORDURA with a drain hole and MIL-SPEC PALS webbing for lashing straps.

Scalability:

The Minuteman 35 is scalable up to 50+ liters using our Tricorne Top Lid, Liberty Sustainment Pouches, and other accessories. For even more capability, our chest rigs can be attached to the shoulder straps or front of the pack as an extra pouch and stabilized around the waist using the included compression straps/buckles.

Comfort Level:

When using FullTang's pad set, you receive thick-padded, ergonomic shoulder straps using premium closed-cell foam that deliver maximum comfort while the two vertical back pads allow adequate air flow for heat dispersion. Our removable internal frame sheet with dual aluminum stays flexes with the shape of the human spine to allow for a natural gait and unrestricted movement of the hips and shoulders.

The removable hip pads keep the pack stable by using grippy HANK (hypalon/kevlar) material for the lumbar and helps distribute weight across the frame down to the hips with wide, thick, dual-density foam. Removable load lifters pull the top of the bag closer to the body for a more balanced load.

Interior Organization:

The large main compartment has a full clamshell opening and is lined with laser-cut plush loop Velcro on the back wall for attaching hook-backed inserts or MOLLE pouches, making it easy to access and organize items.

Two interior side pockets can fit 100 oz. (3L) water bladders or similar sized objects and the back wall has an internal sleeve for bladders, rain gear, or other flat items inside the pack.

The interior zippered mesh pocket is great for storing loose items and extra clothing or sustainment gear.

A large, zippered access port across the rear/top of the bag provides easy access to route comms cables or bladder hoses.

Mission Capability:

From the mountain regions of the Western homeland to the arid climates of the Eastern conflicts, the Minuteman 35 is poised to become a vital sustainment companion for U.S. soldiers and law enforcement agencies. The versatility and modular features are almost endless, allowing the user to go from a 3-day assault pack to a 50+ liter sustainment ruck within minutes. Removable components, such as the internal frame sheet, shoulder straps, hip belt, and back pads allow the pack to be worn over body armor while maintaining a low profile. Two large internal side pockets provide room for double hydration bladders and the exterior side pockets and compression straps with auto-lock buckles are perfect for securing weapons, tripods, or other mission-critical equipment.

Durability:

The Minuteman 35 is named after an elite force who were hand-picked during the American Revolution and required to be highly mobile and assemble quickly. It is currently being used by active-duty military, withstanding the harshest of environments while handling significantly more weight than the average pack in its size class.

This is achieved by reinforcing all critical connection points with bartacks and triple stitching, as well as lining the pack with 1000D CORDURA at critical areas while using the strongest USA-made materials available to the industry. Our foam padding and strap design creates an extremely tough harness system. We overbuilt this pack to last.

NOTE: Current estimated lead time is around 6 weeks on this pack and may be slightly extended for larger orders. Lead times for the Minuteman 35 will improve going forward as we make adjustments to accommodate a new production department for this pack.
