The Overmountain™ Ruck is the big brother to our Overmountain Day Pack with extreme versatility and modularity.

This will be a two-piece ruck system that breaks down into a smaller assault/patrol pack with a detachable sleep carrier system underneath that can be used as a butt pack or cross-body sling bag.

The Overmountain™ Ruck platform is the perfect solution for infantrymen, hunters, campers, hikers, etc. who need a complete pack system that can carry all of their essentials to base camp, setup their tent/sleeping gear, then head out on patrol/day hikes with the main pack bag removed from the frame.

When the main patrol pack is removed from the SLIM Frame, the shoulder straps can be attached and the frame sheet removed from the main frame and inserted into the patrol pack. This allows a complete modular system where you can transition from rucksack to patrol pack mode as the mission requires.

The main patrol pack also includes a removable thick foam pad wrapped in waterproof material that can be used as a sitting/kneeling pad.

An axe holder on the front and vertical daisy chain MOLLE provides space to hang GP pouches and route the vertical compression straps.
