When it comes down to your essential survival gear, the Pack Cap provide an additional 10 liters to your ruck by clipping in to your pack's front compression straps and top of the back panel. It is a free-floating top lid that allows you to carry extra gear with the ability to lash larger items underneath using shock cords/straps by using webbing attachment points.

The Pack Cap can be quickly removed from your rucksack and deployed as a small backpack by using the included straps. This feature is ideal for E&E (escape & evade) scenarios or if you just want to go exploring after reaching base camp with a lighter load.

The large main compartment is protected by a heavy-duty, water-proof YKK zipper and TPU/DWR coated MIL-SPEC fabric. Above the main compartment there is another large zippered pocket that keeps your items divided.

On the front is a 6" x 2" loop panel for ID/unit patches.
