This is our answer to feedback we have received from customers and active duty military personnel who wanted an additional full-length zippered pouch that could insert into the rear kangaroo pocket of our Modular Chest Rig-Kit Bag to carry their essentials close to the body. Great for bushcraft, hiking, hunting, or medical kits.
It is comprised of the highest quality MIL-SPEC materials such as water-repellent 500D CORDURA® and waterproof YKK AquaGuard® zippers for superior weather protection, as well as lined with plush loop Velcro to keep various sensitive items safe from scratches, such as sunglasses, binoculars, etc. Sitting flush and spanning the entire width of the main bag, this pouch easily opens horizontally across the top so you can draw your items quickly and efficiently without them falling onto the ground.
The Kangaroo Pocket Pouch also includes the same waterproof zipper enclosure system as the main Modular Chest Rig-Kit Bag and features drain holes at the bottom to keep your items dry.
If you want to get creative, you can also use this as a drop-in pouch for a Velcro lined backpack.
