Inspired by the CEO/Chief Designer whose father served as an 82nd Airborne Division Paratrooper/Ranger and grandfather survived the Battle of Iwo Jima, the Minuteman Pack is a highly versatile and scalable 50L (3100 cu-in) rucksack that is perfect for hiking, long-range hunting, camping, and military/special operations.
The pack is made with the most durable MIL-SPEC materials such as water-repellent 500D/1000D CORDURA® and waterproof YKK AquaGuard® zippers for superior protection from the elements. Reinforced material/stitching at all potential stress points, abrasion-proof 1000D fabric at contact areas such as the bottom and side panels, and rock-solid meticulous construction make this pack ready for some serious use. We are also using Auto-Lock buckles to prevent the straps from becoming loose under heavy loads.
Versatility:
The Minuteman is part of our B.A.R. (Build-A-Ruck) System and compatible with ALICE-style frames such as the Fortitude and 1606-MC frames. Our Shoulder Straps, Hip Belt, and Tricorne Top Lid can be attached and configured by the user for optimal comfort. If you already own an ALICE-style frame, the Minuteman can be purchased as bag-only, along with other optional pack components.
Laminated laser-cut PALS/MOLLE across the front and sides of the pack provide endless gear hauling options with traditional PALS webbing attachment points for lashing straps on the top and bottom. Vertical daisy chain loops running up each side allow for weaving shock/bungee cord tie downs or attaching buckles for hanging various items.
The sides of the pack are built with a 1000D CORDURA shell and side bottle pockets. The pockets are great for securing tripods, rifles, or other long items on the outside. The bottom panel is also constructed of 1000D CORDURA with a drain hole and MIL-SPEC PALS webbing for lashing.
Scalability:
Starting at 50 liters (3100 cu-in) and scalable up to 70+ liters using our optional sustainment pouches and top lid, makes this a a solid rucksack/patrol pack loadout. For even more capability, our Modular Chest Rig-Kit Bag can be attached to the shoulder straps or front of the pack as an extra pouch and stabilized around the waist using the included compression straps/buckles.
Interior Organization:
The large main compartment has a clamshell opening and is lined with laser-cut plush loop Velcro on the back wall for attaching hook-backed inserts or MOLLE pouches, making it easy to access and organize items. There are protective 1000D gussets protecting the bottom area of the zipper from contact with the ground.
Two interior side pockets can fit 100 oz. (3L) water bladders or similar sized objects and the back wall has loops for hanging bladders, radios, or cinching down gear tightly inside the pack while keeping it separate from your sleep system at the bottom.
A large, rubberized kevlar access port across the rear/top of the bag provides easy access to route comms cables or bladder hoses.
Durability:
The Minuteman Pack is named after an elite force who were hand-picked during the American Revolution and required to be highly mobile and assemble quickly. It is currently being used by active-duty military, withstanding the harshest of environments while handling significantly more weight than the average pack in its size class.
This is achieved by reinforcing all critical connection points with bartacks and triple stitching, lining the bottom, and side bottle pockets with 1000D CORDURA, and using the strongest USA-made materials available to the industry.
NOTE: Current estimated lead time is around 4 weeks on this pack and may be slightly extended for larger orders. Lead times for the Minuteman will improve going forward as we make adjustments to accommodate a new production department for this ruck system.
